Term & Condition
PAYMENT :
* A deposit 50 % upon reservation confirmed and the rest payment will be receive 3 weeks prior to your tour .
* All US Dollars charges will be converted into local currency (IDR ) The exchange rate from USD to IDR will be based on the latest buying USD rates to IDR.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your trip, kindly send us notification letter. Cancellation fees details :
* No cancellation fee if no flight or hotel voucher not being issued
* 30% cancellation fee if flight or voucher being issued
* 50 % cancellation fee is applied with in 2 weeks prior to departure
* 100% cancellation fee with in 7 days prior to departure or NO SHOW
REFUND
Non Refund for services not used
TRAVEL INSURANCE
If there is any injury and certain risks in your trip VALENTINO TOUR & TRAVEL does not responsibility of this matter, we are suggest you to take your own insurance during your travel date.
LIABILITY
VALENTINO TOUR & TRAVEL will try our best to serve your arrangements and make your trip become satisfactory trip ever make, we will try to find all best alternatives to suit your tour possible, how ever we not accept any liability natural disaster, injury, damage, loss, delay or reschedule from airlines , negligence ,unpredictable wheater, additional expenses (excess baggage, etc)and irregularities beyond our control
